Prep Instructions:
1 PREHEAT oven to 350.
2 PLACE mini phyllo cups on a backing sheet.
3 SPOON gorgonzola crumbles into each phyllo cup until about 2/3 full. ADD a teaspoon of apricot preserves on top of the gorgonzola.
4 TOP each filled cup with a walnut half.
5 BAKE the Diva Bites for about 10 minutes or until apricot preserves look melted. SERVE and enjoy!
