Sweet & Savory Gorgonzola Diva Bites
 
 
Frozen mini quiches and crudities are so over done.  You want something less ordinary to serve your family and friends. Give these Gorgonzola Diva Bites a try.  Four ingredients, no measuring, 10 minutes in the oven and you are ready to impress the masses! 
 
 
 
Food Writing
 
Ingredients:
1 package mini phyllo shells (15 little cups), thawed
Gorgonzola crumbles
apricot preserves
15 walnut halves

 
 
 
Prep Instructions:
  
1  PREHEAT oven to 350.

 2 PLACE mini phyllo cups on a backing sheet.

3  SPOON gorgonzola crumbles into each phyllo cup until about 2/3 full.  ADD a teaspoon of apricot preserves on top of the gorgonzola.

4   TOP each filled cup with a walnut half.

5   BAKE the Diva Bites for about 10 minutes or until apricot preserves look melted.  SERVE and enjoy!

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 
Cooking Notes:
